My fan come on (as do the fans of most of the owners who have complained that their bikes go red quickly in slow traffic on warm days). The dealers have filled and refilled the system, vacuum filled it and filled it by removing the upper bolts. They have replaced the pump, the thermostat and the thermostat housing. They have flushed and cleaned the radiator, I have a Rad Guard. Many other owners have done the same but still wind up in the red."
